Who we are
Richard
Our principle consultant Richard qualified in electronic engineering in the early 90s. He followed this up with time as an electronic hardware developer before moving into the world of technical writing about 15 years ago. Since then Richard has developed his knowledge in DITA, content management systems and document management systems and can get altogether too enthusiastic about them.
Richard is a Certified Author-it Consultant and is especially pleased to be contacted with single-sourcing questions, publishing questions and for general discussions of your options in the world of collaborative authoring.
